Membership application forms can be downloaded, filled out and emailed to captamembers@gmail.com
No dues are needed at this point, and if you have sent in dues, we will be returning your checks (with thanks for sending them in the first place).
There are no strings attached to membership. Please just fill out the simple application attached so we know who you are, where you are located and that you are interested in being a part of our group.
If you are on our email list, you will continue to receive emails unless you specify otherwise.
Gatherings will take place quarterly, in place of formal meetings with agenda items.

We're all in this industry for a very primary reason: We love working with dogs and people. CAPTA is just another avenue to capture that spirit and move our profession forward as a respectable and vitally important line of work.
Additionally, Chicago is the 3rd largest city in the country. We are home to an estimated 600,000 dogs. A group like CAPTA is important for us to remain on the cutting edge of information, shared direction and public education initiatives. We need to remain a functioning and thriving group so that among other reasons, other cites have a model to follow. As most of you are aware, our industry remains much divided, but with open minds we can do much good together.
